Dispute a Copyright Claim for Music

YouTube

Do not be surprised if you get copyright claims on your videos even if you have the license to use our music on YouTube.

The Content ID system only alerts you that it detected copyrighted content in your video, but it does not recognize whether you have the license or not.

If you have a CreateStudio license, you should be able to easily dispute the copyright claim.

Email support@createstudio.com to get a copy of your Commercial License Certificate.  Provide the audio track title being flagged and attach a copy of your CreateStudio or Twinkle invoice.

Step 1

In Youtube StudioGo to the Videos section and select the video which has the copyright claim.
