You may cancel your subscription directly from the app.
Open CreateStudio
On the Home page, go to Settings
Select Cancel Subscription
Alternatively, if you currently don't have access to the app, you can log in to your Billing Portal > go to the Current Plan tab and click Cancel Subscription.
