Clip speed allows you to play video and audio clips faster or slower.
To apply clip speed, click on Effects & Components
Drag "Clip Speed" to the canvas or the element on the timeline
Change Speed
Click on Effects and click Clip Speed
The playback speed can be set as low as 50% and as high as 400%.
