Easing specifies the speed at which an animation progresses from start to end within the animation.
EASING FOR MOTION PRESETS
Click the preset name on the timeline> go to Easing.
EASING FOR CUSTOM ANIMATION
For custom animations, hover your cursor over the track and click the line between keyframes.
Click the Easing tab and select an easing
