The quick answer is yes, but your old CreateStudio app will not be automatically updated to CreateStudio 4.0.
It requires a brand-new installation, and the update is not applied to the old app. You'll need to download and install CreateStudio 4.0 separately.

3. Transfer your saved scenes, fonts, and presets using our Migration Tool
4. CreateStudio 4.0 fully supports projects made using CreateStudio 3.0
