Basic Mask Cropping: Double-click any media on the canvas to manually drag and adjust its crop boundaries, or use the panel settings to adjust the border radius for rounded corners.
Creating Text Masks: Place a text layer over your video, select both layers on the timeline, and right-click to choose Mask so the video plays strictly inside the text.
Detaching & Animating Masks: Click Detach Mask in the settings panel to animate or scale the text layer independently from the underlying video, which is ideal for creating zoom-in text transitions.
Grouping Masked Media: Right-click and Group your finished mask to seal it into a single element, allowing you to easily move and reposition the entire asset across your canvas without breaking your custom animations.
