Click Make available offline
Wait for the green checkmark ✔️ (file is now stored locally)

Open Google Drive for Desktop
Sign in to your Google account
Open your Google Drive folder
Right-click a file or folder
Click Available offline
Wait for sync to finish

Open OneDrive
Sign in
Open your OneDrive folder
Right-click a file or folder
Select Always keep on this device
Wait for the solid green circle ✔️

iCLOUD

Open Finder
Go to iCloud Drive
Right-click the file or folder
Click Download Now
Wait until cloud icon disappears

Downloaded files stay available offline unless optimized storage removes them.
