Sometimes, security apps can block CreateStudio Pro and prevent it from being installed on your computer. Sometimes they can also keep the editor from saving data on your hard drive.
They can either be those that come with your computers like Windows Defender, or third-party programs like Norton, BitDefender, etc.
During Installation
The Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app error
Click on More Info > Run Anyway
If you have third-party antivirus software, you may get this window instead:
Click on Ignore several times until the window closes and the installation resumes.
While Exporting and the rendering process gets stuck
In this case, you will need to manually disable the antivirus.
NOTE: We only recommend disabling your security software TEMPORARILY.
Make sure to turn it back on once the export is complete.
In this example, we are using Norton.
On your system tray, right-click on the Security App's icon > Disable Smart Firewall
Different apps use different terms but there is usually an option to DISABLE or TURN OFF the software.
